Description
NBR Rubber Pipe Insulation for Copper Coil and Pipe – Product Description
NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) Pipe Insulation is a flexible, closed-cell insulation material designed to wrap around copper coils and pipes, providing excellent thermal insulation and moisture resistance. It is commonly used in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems to reduce energy loss, prevent condensation, and protect piping from extreme temperatures.
Applications
-
Insulating copper coils and refrigerant lines in split AC units
-
Chilled water and hot water piping systems
-
Refrigeration and freezer line insulation
-
Condensate drain lines
-
Solar and heat pump piping
-
Industrial fluid transport lines
Features
-
Thermal insulation – Reduces heat loss or gain, improving energy efficiency
-
Closed-cell structure – Prevents moisture absorption and condensation
-
UV and weather resistant – Suitable for indoor and outdoor installations
-
