These Terms & Conditions serve as a comprehensive agreement between Al-Ramiz Equipment Long (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the client (“you,” “your,” “Customer”). By accessing or using any of our services—including equipment rental, purchase, maintenance, delivery, or pickup—you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms set forth herein. This agreement outlines the responsibilities, rights, and expectations of both parties to ensure transparency and mutual protection. It also defines the terms under which our equipment is used, maintained, and returned. We aim to deliver reliable services through this policy while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, safety, and legal compliance. Any modifications or additional agreements must be in writing and mutually acknowledged. This document applies to all transactions, whether verbal, written, or digital.
Al-Ramiz Equipment Long provides specialized solutions in the area of equipment rental, equipment sales (both new and pre-owned), servicing, maintenance, and transportation logistics. Our fleet includes industrial tools, construction machinery, and other professional-grade equipment for commercial, government, and private sector use. Whether you require equipment for a few hours or several months, we offer flexible plans to meet your project timeline and budget. We also provide regular servicing, breakdown support, and on-site assistance during rentals to minimize operational disruptions. Our team is trained to ensure every machine is delivered in optimal working condition. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request based on availability, project scope, or risk assessment. All services are offered under the guidelines mentioned in this document.
The rental period begins at the time of equipment handover, whether delivered by our team or picked up by the customer. It ends only when the equipment is returned to our premises or collected by us, provided it is in the agreed condition. Rental terms are available on daily, weekly, and monthly bases, and custom rental durations can be arranged with prior notice. If the customer wishes to extend the rental duration, this must be formally requested and confirmed before the original return date. Equipment not returned on time will be subject to late charges based on our current rate structure. Unauthorized extensions or delayed returns may result in suspension of future services or legal action. All agreements regarding rental periods must be documented for transparency and record-keeping.
A refundable security deposit is required for most rentals, the amount of which varies depending on the type and value of equipment rented. This deposit is intended to cover potential costs arising from equipment damage, loss, cleaning, or extended usage beyond the agreed term. The deposit will be held securely and returned after a thorough inspection of the equipment upon return. Deductions may be made for any discrepancies, damages, or violations of usage terms. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the customer will be invoiced for the remaining balance, which must be settled promptly. In cases where no deposit is collected, the customer remains fully liable for the condition and return of the equipment. Deposits are typically refunded within 7 working days of the return, provided all conditions are met.
All equipment must be used strictly for its intended purpose and operated by qualified individuals who are trained and authorized to handle such machinery. Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification of equipment is strictly prohibited and may lead to penalties or legal consequences. Customers are expected to perform basic operational checks, such as fluid levels, before and during use. If issues arise, the equipment must be stopped immediately and our support team should be contacted. Any signs of wear, malfunction, or potential safety risks must be reported without delay. We reserve the right to inspect equipment usage at any time during the rental period. Failure to follow operational guidelines can void any service or warranty protection and result in full financial liability for repairs or replacement.
We offer delivery and pickup services for added convenience. While we strive to meet scheduled times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues. Equipment must be inspected by the customer upon receipt. Upon return, it must be clean, fueled, and in the condition it was received. Non-compliance may lead to extra charges. Equipment lost or damaged while in your possession is your responsibility.
All machinery is thoroughly inspected before delivery. In case of malfunction, customers must stop using the equipment and inform our service team immediately. Unauthorized repairs or disassembly are not allowed. If damage results from normal wear and tear, we’ll provide a replacement or fix at no charge. Damage caused by negligence or misuse will be billed to the customer. We also provide scheduled maintenance for long-term rentals.
Cancellations made 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Once the equipment has been dispatched or collected, cancellations are no longer allowed. Partial refunds for early returns will only be considered if pre-approved. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
All rented equipment remains the property of Al-Ramiz Equipment Long. You may not sub-rent, resell, or transfer usage rights to others. Any branding, manuals, or digital content shared with you remains our intellectual property. Equipment must not be tampered with, and any identification marks or seals must remain intact. Breach of ownership terms will lead to legal action.
The customer accepts full liability for all damages, accidents, or injuries resulting from misuse or negligent operation of equipment. Al-Ramiz Equipment Long is not responsible for losses, delays, or project disruptions caused by improper usage. You agree to indemnify our company against any claims from third parties related to equipment use. Legal costs arising from contract breaches or disputes will be charged to the responsible party.
At Al-Ramiz Equipment Long, we are fully committed to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of our clients. All personal, financial, or business-related information shared with us is treated with the highest level of care and stored securely using industry-standard data protection protocols. This information is used strictly for service processing, customer communication, billing, support, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations. We do not share, sell, or disclose customer data to any third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.
Our internal staff is trained to handle sensitive data with discretion, and access is granted only on a need-to-know basis. Customers may request access to review, correct, or delete their data from our system at any time. All digital communications, records, and transactions are encrypted where applicable to ensure protection from unauthorized access.
This Terms & Conditions agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. In the event of any legal dispute or breach of agreement, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation and mediation. If the issue cannot be resolved mutually, it shall be brought before a competent court within the relevant local jurisdiction. We are committed to handling all legal matters transparently, respectfully, and in the best interest of our clients and company.
